  • The MFC is an Indian-based fashion store offering clothing for women, men, and kids.

  • By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge and may change without prior notice.

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • The MFC reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website https://themfc.in.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and other secure payment methods.

  • An order is confirmed only after full payment (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping across India.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delays due to courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At The MFC, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:

5.1 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    • Returned along with proof of purchase (invoice).

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video from start to finish (showing the package before opening) for any return/exchange request. This helps us verify claims of damage, missing items, or defects.

  • If approved, we will provide an exchange or refund as per your request.

5.2 Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be processed for return/exchange after delivery.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on https://themfc.in including text, images, graphics, and logos is the property of The MFC and protected under Indian copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The MFC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
