At The MFC, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return or exchange your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request Period: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of Unboxing: A clear, continuous unboxing video of the package is mandatory. This video must show the product being removed from the sealed packaging without any cuts or edits.

  • Eligible Products: Most clothing items are eligible unless specifically mentioned as “non-returnable” (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, sale items).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Items without an unboxing video or with tampered packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as lingerie, socks, or swimwear.


3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide Proof: Share your unboxing video and order details for verification.

  3. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the Product: Return the item using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If your desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In rare cases where the item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your unboxing video.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
