At The MFC, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return or exchange your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Request Period: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of Unboxing: A clear, continuous unboxing video of the package is mandatory. This video must show the product being removed from the sealed packaging without any cuts or edits.
Eligible Products: Most clothing items are eligible unless specifically mentioned as “non-returnable” (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, sale items).
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Items without an unboxing video or with tampered packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
Hygiene-sensitive items such as lingerie, socks, or swimwear.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

Provide Proof: Share your unboxing video and order details for verification.
Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
Ship the Product: Return the item using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In rare cases where the item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your unboxing video.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
